Over the centuries, it has had a thousand lives: a goldsmith's shop under the sign “À la Barbe d'Or,” a drying room for exotic fruits, then a plumbing workshop from 1952 to 2024.

This former workshop pays tribute to the bustling, artisanal Paris of yesteryear. It embodies history with a small “h,” that of everyday life and the soul of the city.
