However, the entire research, selection, detailed venue pages browsing, quote request and exchange with our team is done online. Yes. Approximately 60% of our published venues have a 360-degree virtual tour or a video presentation. For international clients who cannot travel, we also organise live tours via Zoom or WhatsApp video with our team on site. Free physical visits are obviously still recommended before confirmation.

Yes, event liability insurance certification is mandatory for all events in our venues (minimum EUR 1.5M coverage, sometimes EUR 3-5M for major brands). Most organisers already have this insurance; otherwise, we recommend specialised partners (Hiscox, AIG) who cover a one-off event for EUR 200-800 depending on size.

It depends on the venue. About 70% of our spaces accept any external caterer (full freedom), 20% require a list of 3-5 approved partner caterers (often for hygiene or kitchen logistics reasons), 10% of premium venues require an exclusive caterer. This information is clearly indicated on each venue page and confirmed during our commercial proposal.
