• First floor – Showroom Flow Apartment: 70 sqm, elegant and bright.

The space can be rented only on the ground floor, only on the first floor, or the full 210 sqm, offering great flexibility for your fashion events.

Featuring a large street-facing window, the ground floor benefits from abundant natural light and maximum visibility, perfect for a pop-up store, showroom, or collection presentation during Fashion Week. The first floor, more intimate, provides a refined setting for photo shoots, fittings, press presentations, or creative events.
