In the heart of the Marais district, this exceptional 1,100 m² space is spread over two levels connected by four staircases, offering perfect modularity for exhibitions, pop-up stores, or private events. Upon entering, natural light catches the eye thanks to two glass roofs—one reaching 12 meters high, the other 6—and vast glass facades 12 meters wide and 8 meters high. The original materials, including exposed stone, herringbone parquet, waxed concrete, and travertine, give the space an atmosphere that is both authentic and contemporary.
