This space can be used as a dining area, work room or meeting room, seating around 30 people (with the possibility of extending to suit your needs).

The heart of the space: a 320 m² set, with 6-meter high ceilings. The set is located under a magnificent glass roof, which can be fully closed using motorized roller shutters. On the plateau, a space is dedicated to welcoming customers. A very fonctionnal AC is at your disposition.

The decor combines furniture from the 70s and contemporary designer pieces, creating a trendy, uncluttered atmosphere.

Dressing rooms

Adjacent to the set is a dressing room area with 

• Four make-up stations and backlit mirrors
• Fitting room area
• Two entrances (to the set and to the outside courtyard)
• Materials and equipment (towels, bathrobes, slippers, racks, hangers, steamer, iron and ironing board, bath mat, dedicated shower room).

All ground-floor spaces revolve around the green private courtyard, where a production truck can be parked. Convenient access and quiet surroundings.

A converted, multifunctional basement

On the lower level, the studio offers:

• A fully-equipped meeting room that can be used as a workspace, styling room or rest area,
