Rent a Showroom in Paris for Fashion Week 2027

How much space do you actually need?

Renting a showroom for Fashion Week is first a question of square metres — not of district. A buyers' showroom, a press day and a show preparation do not occupy the same volume, and getting the format wrong costs more than settling for a less prestigious address.

Of our 414 published venues in Paris, 400 accept a showroom. Here are twelve of them, sorted by floor area, any of which you can ask us about for one of the six windows of Paris Fashion Week 2027.

70 to 100 sqm — one brand, one appointment at a time

The entry format: one collection, two or three people hosting, half-hour appointments.

• Showroom MIDNIGHT — 70 sqm, up to 70 people, 75003. Single-level, white walls, daylight and a street-facing window.
• Galerie First District — 85 sqm, up to 100 people, 75001. Parquet and a street window, minutes from place Vendôme.
• La belle galerie du Marais — 90 sqm, up to 100 people, 75003. Single-level, white walls, parquet, daylight.

100 to 200 sqm — the standard buyers' showroom

The most requested format: room for rails, a working table and a waiting area.

• Showroom Ambroise — 110 sqm, up to 60 people, 75009. White floor, street window, single level.
• L'Appartement Sandy — 130 sqm, up to 80 people, 75009. A naturally lit apartment with white walls.
• Galerie Romy — 150 sqm, up to 120 people, 75004. Glass roof, daylight, street window.
• Loft Fiona — 150 sqm, up to 100 people, 75003. A Marais loft on parquet.
• Showroom 111 — 200 sqm, 75011. A gallery under a glass roof: polished concrete, white walls, daylight.

200 to 400 sqm — multi-brand, press day, show preparation

Above 200 sqm you can host several collections side by side, or set aside a separate fitting area. 79 of our published venues are listed for show preparation.

• Showroom Rose — 300 sqm, up to 100 people, 75003. White walls, parquet and polished concrete, street window.
• Showroom Vinemare — 300 sqm, 75011. A loft-studio under a glass roof.
• Showroom 4 — 380 sqm, up to 100 people, 75001. A rooftop with terrace, also listed for runway shows.

Above 400 sqm — the full event

• L'atelier Tendance — 850 sqm, up to 200 people, 75009. White walls, parquet, daylight and an outdoor space: enough to hold showroom, presentation and reception in one place.

Which district should you rent in?

Three answers, depending on the buyers you expect:

• Le Marais — 206 published venues, the densest district, walkable end to end.
• Bourse and Victoires — 85 venues, the historic ready-to-wear district.
• Bastille and the creative districts — 23 venues, for the large floor areas central Paris no longer offers.

When to book

The six 2027 windows are known: 19-24 January, 25-28 January, 1-9 March, 22-27 June, 5-8 July and 27 September-5 October. Allow six to nine months for January and March, the two tightest periods. Spaces above 300 sqm go first.
