Paris Fashion Week 2027 Venues: The Complete Guide
Our selection of venues for Paris Fashion Week 2027: showrooms, runway spaces and galleries in the iconic fashion districts of Paris.
Introduction
Paris Fashion Week 2027 opens on 19 January and closes on 5 October. Between those two dates, six official windows set by the Fédération de la Haute Couture et de la Mode follow one another, and each one brings brands, buyers and journalists to Paris, all looking for the same thing at the same time: a venue.
We currently list 414 published venues in Paris, of which 400 accept a showroom, 68 a runway show and 79 a show preparation. This guide picks sixteen of them, across the seven districts where fashion week actually happens. It is not meant to be exhaustive — the full, filterable list is in our venue catalogue.
One piece of advice before you read on: the best spaces are booked six to nine months ahead. For January 2027, that means starting now.

Le Marais: creative density
By far the leading showroom district in Paris: 206 of our published venues sit here. Artists' studios, galleries and lofts share a perimeter you can walk end to end — which matters when buyers are running six appointments in a day.
- Galerie Romy — 150 sqm, up to 120 people, 75004. A gallery under a glass roof, in natural light, with a street-facing window.
- La Galerie d'Anne — 300 sqm, up to 100 people, 75003. A single-level volume under a glass roof, polished concrete and a street window: one of the few spaces in the district listed for showroom, show preparation and runway.
- Showroom Rose — 300 sqm, up to 100 people, 75003. White walls, parquet and polished concrete, street-facing window — a neutral base that lets the collection speak.
- La belle galerie du Marais — 90 sqm, up to 100 people, 75003. A compact single-level format, white walls and daylight, for a single brand or a press day.

Bourse, Victoires and Opéra: the ready-to-wear core
85 published venues, across the 1st, 2nd and 9th arrondissements. The district of the historic brand showrooms, well served by transport and within walking distance of the main hotels.
- L'atelier Tendance — 850 sqm, up to 200 people, 75009. The largest volume in this selection: white walls, parquet, daylight and an outdoor space.
- Showroom 4 — 380 sqm, up to 100 people, 75001. A rooftop with terrace and glass roof, listed for runway shows as well as show preparation.
- Showroom Ambroise — 110 sqm, up to 60 people, 75009. Single-level, white floor and street window; one of those venues that hosts a press day by day and an after-show by night.

Champs-Élysées and the Golden Triangle: international visibility
47 published venues. This is the address you choose when international press and luxury houses are who you are after — and the district holding the largest capacities in our catalogue.
- Galerie Historique — 1,000 sqm, up to 400 people, 75008. A private mansion, one of our historic spaces: glass roof, parquet, white walls and floor.
- Le Marbeuf — 120 sqm, up to 100 people, 75008. A single-level apartment with terrace and outdoor space, a short walk from avenue Montaigne.
- Appart Art Déco — 175 sqm, up to 100 people, 75016. Parquet and terrace, in a residential register that suits confidential presentations.
Vendôme and Saint-Honoré: the haute couture address
Only 12 published venues around place Vendôme and rue Saint-Honoré: the thinnest part of our catalogue, and the most in demand during the haute couture weeks (25-28 January and 5-8 July 2027).
- Galerie First District — 85 sqm, up to 100 people, 75001. Parquet, white walls and a street window, minutes from place Vendôme.

Invalides and the Left Bank: large, discreet volumes
12 published venues in the 7th. Generous floor areas, in a quieter district than the Golden Triangle.
- Showroom Vauban — 400 sqm, 75007. A private-mansion apartment: parquet, daylight and a terrace.
- Galerie Varenne — 270 sqm, 75007. A gallery in the 7th whose record declares neither a capacity nor any particular fit-out: everything is judged at the viewing.
Bastille and the creative districts: space per square metre
23 published venues, mostly in the 11th. This is where you find the raw volumes central Paris can no longer offer.
- Le Hangar De Miléna — 680 sqm under a glass roof, 75011. A private-mansion hangar, for installations that need volume.
- Showroom Vinemare — 300 sqm, 75011. A loft-studio under a glass roof: white walls, parquet, daylight.
Saint-Germain-des-Prés: the Left Bank classic
7 published venues, the most confidential district in this selection.
- Galerie Dorine — 120 sqm, up to 50 people, 75007. A gallery-boutique, for an intimate presentation.
How to choose your Fashion Week 2027 venue
Four criteria decide it, in this order:
- Event format before floor area. A buyers' showroom, a runway show and a press day do not share the same circulation constraints. Our format pages spell this out: showroom, fashion show, fitting and preparation, pop-up store, cocktail, after-show.
- Light. A collection is judged in daylight. A glass roof, white walls and a pale floor change how a showroom reads far more than another fifty square metres — and it is recorded, venue by venue, in the attributes of each page.
- Walkability. Buyers run appointments back to back. An isolated venue, however remarkable, loses visits; this is the core argument for Le Marais and Bourse-Victoires.
- The date, and therefore lead time. The six 2027 windows are known (table above). January and March concentrate demand.

When is Paris Fashion Week 2027? Six official windows: 19-24 January (Menswear AW 27-28), 25-28 January (Haute Couture SS 27), 1-9 March (Womenswear AW 27-28), 22-27 June (Menswear SS 28), 5-8 July (Haute Couture AW 27-28) and 27 September-5 October (Womenswear SS 28). Which district should I choose for a showroom during Fashion Week? Le Marais holds the largest number of venues (206 of our 414 published) and is walkable; Bourse-Victoires (85) is the historic ready-to-wear district; the Champs-Élysées (47) offer the largest capacities. The choice mostly depends on the buyers you expect.
How far in advance should I book? Six to nine months for the January and March windows, which are the tightest. Venues above 300 sqm go first.
Can I hold a runway show in these venues? 68 of our published venues are listed for runway shows and 79 for show preparation — both are filters on the venue list. In this selection, La Galerie d'Anne and Showroom 4 accept either.
What floor area should I plan for? It depends on the format: a buyers' showroom works from 70 to 90 sqm, a press day needs more circulation, a runway show needs depth. Our venue pages give the floor area and, where it has been filled in, the capacity in people.
