Industrial 700 sqm event space in the 11th arrondissement

Located in the heart of Paris’s 11th arrondissement, a fast-evolving district that has become a key hub for contemporary fashion, this exceptional 700 sqm space stands out as a strategic venue for brands and event agencies. Ideal for Paris Fashion Week, it is perfectly suited for showrooms, photoshoots, press days, fittings, fashion shows, and collection presentations.

This expansive venue for rent in Paris is defined by its raw industrial character and bold contemporary architecture. Designed as a true blank canvas, it offers complete creative freedom for avant-garde and disruptive brands, or those seeking a strong and immersive universe.

The large glass roof is one of the venue’s key features, flooding the space with exceptional natural light that enhances collections and visual productions throughout the day. This luminosity, combined with an open and fluid layout, makes it a highly sought-after location for fashion shoots, press presentations, and Fashion Week showrooms.

With its generous volumes and wide open floor plan, the space allows for ambitious scenographic concepts: a runway for fashion shows, immersive pathways for showroom experiences, dedicated fitting areas, or product presentation zones. Its flexible configuration adapts perfectly to the needs of creative teams and event productions.

Numerous ancillary spaces complete this exceptional venue, including storage areas, backstage zones, technical rooms, and dedicated team spaces. This functional layout ensures optimal working conditions for production teams, stylists, and brands throughout the entire event.
